Sunderland Elementary School is a small K-6 school located in the rural community of Sunderland, between Manchester and Arlington, Vermont.
Our small size fosters a safe and supportive learning community for all of our students.
There is so much happening here at SES. You are more than welcome to come in and visit with us anytime. Monday mornings are especially nice as we hold our all-school morning meeting at 8:00. During this time, we talk about our week, share new ideas, sing songs, and learn more about each other and ourselves.
The Sunderland Elementary School community is committed to providing a safe, child-centered environment with a focus on high expectations for student learning. Academic, social and emotional growth for all Sunderland students is achieved through developmentally appropriate curriculum and best practices delivered by a nurturing staff in close partnership with parents.
